Our three core values have already taken us a long way. They will continue to drive us forward and guide us towards our goals.
Alcadon also supports the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals and aims to contribute to as many of them as possible.
As part of our corporate responsibility, we have also begun reporting in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. We look forward to presenting clear figures during 2024.

Environment and climate
We recognize the challenges involved in implementing environmental initiatives in a company with a global supply chain.
At the same time, several initiatives have already become part of everyday operations at Alcadon in Nivå:
- At our warehouse, cardboard boxes and plastic packaging materials are reused when shipping products to customers, and waste is sorted for recycling.
- Our sales team uses electric or hybrid vehicles.
- We offer equipment repairs, helping to extend the service life of our customers’ equipment.
We have also reduced food waste by discontinuing our company lunch scheme and continue to consider new initiatives.

Working life and social responsibility
Our workplace should be a good place to work, even when things are busy. In addition to pleasant physical surroundings, our workplace is characterized by a flat organizational structure and an informal, close-knit atmosphere with room to enjoy spending time together.
The gender distribution at Alcadon ApS is approximately equal, and our employees represent a broad range of age groups. We also have employees from a variety of professional and cultural backgrounds.
