Leadership changes at Alcadon in Denmark, Germany and Belgium
Alcadon Group introduces a new organizational structure and appoints local CEOs as part of its decentralization strategy.
Alcadon Group announces leadership changes in Denmark, Germany and Belgium.
Susanne Stengade will step down from her role as Head of Central Europe at the end of 2025, after five years with the Group. Her journey with Alcadon began when the Group acquired her company, 6X International ApS, which she had built from the ground up with great dedication.
To ensure a smooth transition, Susanne will gradually hand over her responsibilities over the coming months, maintaining a strong focus on customers and business partners.
André Radley Grundahl has been appointed the new CEO of Alcadon Denmark and Alcadon Germany. He will take up his position no later than October 1, 2025.
In Belgium, Piet den Ouden, currently Sales Director at Alcadon Belgium, will take over as CEO.
As part of Alcadon Group's strategy to strengthen local management and decision-making, the Central Europe regional structure will be discontinued. The local subsidiaries will report directly to Group CEO Fredrik Valentin.
